You may check that the PMDF Job Controller is running with the command
pmdf process on either UNIX or NT, or by checking under
the Control Panel under Services for the Job Controller on NT. On UNIX,
you should see output similar to that shown below, perhaps with
additional jobs present if your system is currently processing messages.
