VERSION

Print PMDF version number.

DESCRIPTION

VERSION prints out the PMDF installed version number, and displays the system's architecture type and operating system version number.

EXAMPLES

To check what version of PMDF you are running, issue the command: 

$ PMDF VERSION
%PMDF-I-VERSION, PMDF version is PMDF V6.0-21 
        AlphaStation 200 4/100 running OpenVMS Alpha V7.1 
        PMDF_SHARE_LIBRARY version V6.0-21; linked 16:07:31, Feb 19 2000
