Figure 2-13 shows a sample PMDF license page. There will be a separate
page for each PMDF license. Make sure to enter all your licenses. Make
sure that your licenses are valid for the PMDF version that you are
installing; in particular, the license release date must be later than
the release date of the PMDF version that you are installing.
