The MultiNet SNMP subagent for use in serving out PMDF channel counters is not supported by Process Software, therefore Innosoft can no longer support this subagent. The subagent for MultiNet V3.5 is still available from Process Software and to Innosoft's knowledge, works as well as it ever did, but problems can not be expected to be resolved.
The SNMP subagent for MultiNet must be obtained from Process Software.
It is a VMSINSTAL kit which includes complete information on how to
install and use it. For MultiNet V3.5, the kit can be obtained via FTP
from public.tgv.cisco.com as the file
/madison/pmdf_snmp/pmdf_snmp035.a. For MultiNet V4.0 (note
that this version is not believed to work with MultiNet V4.0A
or later), get the file
/madison/pmdf_snmp/pmdf_snmp040.a.
